Patrick Driscoll

The Parrot: How did you feel when you were honored as one of the best football players of the year?

Pat Driscoll: I felt good, and accomplished because of all the hard work I put in. I’m proud to represent audubon.

The Parrot: What is some advice you would give to kids just starting out with football?

Pat Driscoll: Probably just stick with it. Don’t give up. Don’t quit. If you’re gonna be successful with anything you have to put the time into it. Also, just have fun, don’t take it as a job.

The Parrot: Are you planning on playing football in college?

Pat Driscoll: Yeah, do you want me to give a list of where I’m planning on going?

The Parrot: Sure

Pat Driscoll: Rowan, Dellval, Albright, Pace, Kutztown, Montclair State, Fairleigh Dickinson

The Parrot: Who influenced you the most when it comes to your capabilities as an athlete?

Pat Driscoll: Coach Reed, Coach Knaul, and uh Coach Koehl, oh and Brian O’Donnell, and Coach Allan.

The Parrot: What’s a motto that you live by?

Pat Driscoll: “I learned you can’t go into things with expectations. You have to work.” -Hurts

The Parrot: What’s your favorite memory from playing football in high school?

Pat Driscoll: Probably winning the Curly Cup in my senior year for the football game at Haddon Township and also breaking the reception record for the school, and also leading the state in receptions.

The Parrot: Is there anything else you want to add that we haven’t asked already?

Pat Driscoll: Probably just a special shoutout to Ethan Martin for throwing me the passes!

And Krista!
