2020 Vision: (Hoff, Smeltzer, Smith)

We are back with this weeks 2020 vision. We interviewed three seniors who hope to pursue engineering and technology for the future careers. Sit back and relax as these students share their favorite memories and activities in high school.

First we have wrestler, Matt Hoff:

Q. What are you thinking about doing in your future?

A. I plan to go to a trade school.

Q. What is your favorite memory from high school?

A. My favorite memory is wrestling.

Q. Do you have any advice for the younger classes?

A. My advice would be to do your homework.

Q. What are you going to miss the most when you leave high school?

A. I’m going to miss the sports events the most.

Q. Who or what has influenced you the most throughout your high school career?

A. Mrs. Pitt has influenced me the most because she was always very nice.

Next up we have track star, Mark Smeltzer:

Q. What are you thinking about doing in your future?

A. Attending Rowan University to get my Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering.

Q. What is your favorite memory from high school?

A. When me and Jose left oranges in our lockers and they exploded everywhere from overheating.

Q. Do you have any advice for the younger classes?

A. That senior year isn’t easy.

Q. What are you going to miss the most when you leave high school?

A. Mr. Rowan and track and cross country.

Q. Who or what has influenced you the most throughout your high school career?

A. Justin Smith who taught me how to be a good person.

Q: What are you thinking about doing in your future?

A. Going into Automotive Technology.

Q. What is you favorite memory from high school?

A. I don’t have a favorite.

Q. Do you have any advice for the younger class?

A. To do your homework and turn it in on time.

Q. Who has influenced you the most?

A. No one specifically had influenced me.
