Chicken Cheesesteak with French Fries


Hello, once again I am back making another chicken dish. The recipe is for a chicken cheesesteak and double fried french fries. The ingredients go as follows:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper mix
  • 1/2 pound shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • Half of a hoagie roll
  • 2 potatoes, thin cut slices
  • 3 slices of provolone cheese

Step 1: Warm skillet to 400. Add the olive oil, and the chicken seasoned with the italian seasoning, and the salt and pepper mix. Keep on for 10 minutes. Then add cheese and take off after 3 minutes with the cheese on.

Step 2: Warm another casserole pan with oil. Warm ’til oil bubbles. Add the slices of fries for four minutes at a time, or ’til they get golden brown. Place on a plate with a paper towel.

Step 3: Take the fries and warm up an air fryer. Place them in the air fryer for a few minutes at a time. Double frying them will give them a good crunch.

Step 4: Take your half hoagie roll and place the chicken with the cheese on it inside the roll. Your meal is finished – enjoy!
