Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese


This week, we will be cooking something usual, with a twist. This recipe is for a garlic bread grilled cheese sandwich. The ingredients are as follows:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 3 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices of american cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 spoonfuls of mayo (eyeball it to your preference)

Step 1: Warm up the pan to 350° Fahrenheit (or setting 6, depending on the stove). Place a thick slice of butter in the pan.

Step 2: Rub the mayo on the outside of the pieces of bread with a butter knife, then proceed to rub the garlic into it.  Now you can place the cheese on the inside and build your sandwich.

Step 3: Place in the pan and flip both sides for 2 minutes a piece, until it gets some color. Be careful not to burn it! I recommend about 8 minutes total.

Step 4: You’ve successfully created a garlic bread grilled cheese sandwich. Enjoy!
