The Eggcellent Omelette

Hello to all! Today we will be making an eggcellent omelette. There’s some special kick to it, and there are some unusual ingredients added to this. There is buffalo sauce, turkey, and a jalapeno added in. If you’re into spicy food, then keep reading.

The ingredients go as follows:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices uncooked deli turkey
  • 2 slices american cheese
  • 1 diced jalapeno
  • Half of a diced potato
  • Full diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/5 stick of butter

Step 1: Heat a pan to the 5 setting on your stove, and once heated move the setting down to 4.

Step 2: Place the diced potato in the pot and cook for around 7-12 minutes depending on the color of the potatoes. Take the potato out of the pan once it has a nice darkish color to it, and place it into a bowl for now.

Step 3: Use the same pan and place the butter in the pan. Move the butter around the pan with a knife so swiftly and make sure the butter gets around the whole pan. Now crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until being solid yellow.

Step 4: Pour the eggs into the pan and let cook for about a minute before you add everything else. Add the turkey slices first, then the jalapeno, then the onion, then the potato, then the buffalo sauce, and finally place the cheese on top of all that. Take a spatula and move around all the ingredients, basically mixing everything up. Once the eggs start solidify, flip half of the eggs onto the other and there is your omelette.

Step 5: Place the omelette onto a plate and enjoy!!!
