It’s finally senior year! We’ve decided to take on this year with a new tradition: senior interviews! As the school year progresses, you will get to read interviews from four different seniors each week. So sit back, and enjoy our great seniors this year! 

First off, we have Alyssa Baumann!

Alyssa Baumann

Q:  What are you thinking about doing in the future? 

A: I plan on being a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and going to either Rutgers or RCGC.

Q: What is your favorite memory from high school? 

A:  My favorite memory is of the football games. 

Q: Do you have any advice for the younger classes? 

A: Just be yourself, always make sure to do all your work, and don’t slack off. 

Q: What are you going to miss the most when you leave high school? 

A: Most of the teachers, and Ms. Warren the most. 

Q: Who or what has influenced you the most throughout your high school career?

A: My friends.

Q:  What are you thinking about doing in the future? 

A: I will be attending Camden County College for two years and then transferring to a four year college for pediatric nursing. 

Q: What is your favorite memory from high school? 

A:  My favorite memory is hanging out with friends and summer break.

Q: Do you have any advice for the younger classes? 

A: Don’t worry so much about other people, focus on yourself and get done what you have to get done. 

Q: What are you going to miss the most when you leave high school? 

A: My friends.

Q: Who or what has influenced you the most throughout your high school career?

A:  The weekends.

Q:  What are you thinking about doing in the future? 

A: I am planning on attending college for music theater, and possibly stage tech as well. 

Q: What is your favorite memory from high school? 

A:  The traditions like choir caroling and the candlelight procession at the Winter Choir Concert. 

Q: Do you have any advice for the younger classes? 

A: Don’t bother worrying about other people and what they think of you. I personally only became comfortable here after I decided how I chose to view myself was the only view that mattered. 

Q: What are you going to miss the most when you leave high school? 

A: I know that I’m probably not going to see a lot of people I talk to after I graduate, so probably my friends.

Q: Who or what has influenced you the most throughout your high school career?

A: The musical, and the people involved in it. Not only did it spark a love of theater, it taught me how to be confident and not be afraid of people’s perceptions of you.

Q:  What are you thinking about doing in the future? 

A: I’m thinking about going to college for criminal justice. 

Q: What is your favorite memory from high school? 

A:  My favorite memory is getting ready for Winter Ball. 

Q: Do you have any advice for the younger classes? 

A: Don’t expect to keep the same friends. Also, have good relationships with your teachers and come to school everyday. 

Q: What are you going to miss the most when you leave high school? 

A: The lunch ladies and the salads! 🙁 Also, bothering Ms. Warren and Mr. Rowan.

Q: Who or what has influenced you the most throughout your high school career?

A: Mr. Rowan influenced me to want to learn more and to be more interested in the things we talk about in school.
