Many people suffer from all kinds of disorders. For example, anxiety. Before you ask, yes, anxiety is a very well known problem. If you haven’t experienced anxiety, let me explain it to you with a few words…

                          Picture feeling enclosed in a box. Now add in a little pressure in the chest.   

                          The pit in the stomach and the feeling of not being able to breathe. All 

                          Over something so little, so small.

Now, I’m not here to spread pity, but to help you realize that you’ve come this far. The anxiety attacks and random breakdowns have built you up to now, to today. The strength and courage you have built to pull you out of all those dark holes are now your trophies. Use them today, tomorrow, and the next because I promise you it only gets better from here. You only build strength and confidence from this point on. This “disorder” isn’t something you should be ashamed of but something to be proud of, because in the end if you never went through these times, you wouldn’t be as strong as you are today.
