Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi

Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi is a novel that paints the story of Juliette Ferrars who, for unknown reasons, in the first book has a fatal touch. When The Reestablishment attempts to capture those that are different and keep them in a prison-like purgatory, Juliette escapes with the help of her soon-to-be love, Adam Kent, who, for mysterious reasons can resist her dangerous touch.

Shatter Me is a YA romance novel, met with a coming-of-age teen who tries to find herself through love and loss. If you’re into science-fiction then this is the book for you. If you’re into a romance novel this is the book for you. If you’re into a cool format that presents, in my opinion, the best descriptions I have ever read in any form of literature then this is the novel for you. Shatter Me is unlike any book I have ever read and presents originality when it comes to romance, which is very hard to do nowadays. All in all, if books could kill, this one would with its mysteriousness and plot twists. In essence, this book came with five out of five stars.
