Happiness. The ultimate goal for most people. To be happy means to have a positive mental state. It means to be content with your  life or the things around you. I think people put too much pressure on themselves to be happy. The other emotions that we feel such as sadness, anger, and being scared are only temporary. If we can accept the fact that happiness is only temporary, just like the other emotions, maybe we could allow ourselves to be happy more often. So the next time you are longing for happiness, remember that it can not be an ultimate goal all of the time. Sometimes it just has to be looked at as it is: an emotion.
