The law of attraction has a lot to do with our vibrations. Everything in the world is made of energy. Matter is made up of atoms that are constantly vibrating whether it’s fast or slow. This can parallel to people who also vibrate at a high, mid, or low level. The amount in which you are vibrating is reflected on how you feel. If you’ve ever felt super happy and everything seems aligned in your life, then that means you’re vibrating at a high energy level. If you’re feeling sad then you’re vibrating at a low energy level which then attracts things that are also vibrating with the same low energy. 


Law of attraction is confirmed by the Bible as, “how a man thinks, he becomes”. It’s true that our thoughts and sayings will affect our lives and shape them into who we are and who we will become. I’m not saying that I 100% believe in everything of the law of attraction but I know I used it in a way to get myself out of dark times. I thought about what I wanted in my life and kept thinking of good, powerful and happy things even when the bad would consistently come. So how does one raise the amount that they vibrate?


  1. Raise your vibration (what you think, how you act, what you feel). Focus on the feeling of what that circumstance will bring you and focus on the present moment. 
  2. Manifest small things first. Set the intention of what you want to the Universe. 
  3. Change your beliefs (believe that the law of attraction will work for you). There are many things to do to reprogram your subconscious mind. One of my favorite ways is listening to affirmation tracks while I’m getting ready in the morning.
  4. Use negative experiences to benefit you. Feel the emotions of negativity, don’t just push those feelings down. Often you need to go through the bad to get to the good. 
  5. At the start of the day, set your intentions. This allows you to put some direction into your day and makes you aware of what you’d like to attract. It can be as simple as you intend to feel happy and laugh with your friends. 
  6. Let go/ forget about timing. Don’t set a date to obtain manifestations, but visualize them, journal them, and set them up to be obtainable at the most pivotal time.
