Italian Chicken

Welcome back!

After a long marination, I have returned with Italian Chicken.

What you will need:

-Chicken breasts

-Italian dressing

-Large ziploc bag

-Large glass tray

  1. Take your chicken breast and cut off any impurities (fat).
  2. Wash hands after handling meat!
  3. Open a large ziploc bag and pour in a bottle of Italian dressing.
  4. If you want more flavor you can add any of the following according to your taste preferences: 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp kosher salt, zest of lemon, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp basil leaves.
  5. Put chicken in the mixture and allow it to sit in the refrigerator overnight, or for 1-2 days if you want the chicken really flavorful.
  6. When it comes time to cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  7. Put the chicken into an oven-safe glass dish (to make the chicken extra juicy put the mixture into the pan with the chicken).
  8. Let cook for 40-45 minutes.

You now have Italian Chicken. Enjoy!
